Why I do
this work
I know how hard it is to ask for help. Therapy is an investment and it takes courage to sit with someone new. As a Black female therapist in the Houston Area (Pearland, TX), I do this work because I care about outcomes, not buzzwords.
I have lived through a lot of what I support clients with, and I studied the craft so I could help people climb out of dark places with skill, not luck.
my approach
How I Work
Therapy with me is collaborative and active. We slow things down long enough to see the pattern, then we practice different choices in the room so they stick outside the room.
You will leave most sessions with one clear next step that fits your real week. We review often and adjust the plan.
If you want faith in the room, we include it with care. If you do not, I respect that fully.
